New Location for SRC Room
Kindly be informed that the new SRC room has been relocated the Student Lounge area. Its directly opposite to the new music room and beside the new gym.
ID Tag Issues
Hey people, if any of you encounter entry problem for the student area, please proceed to the Facilities Management And Administration @ 2nd floor to see Ms Komaljeet for the re-programming of your ID Tag.
Food Culture Day
This is to inform that the Nutrition & Dietetics, ND108 is organizing a Food Culture Day.
Date: 22 April 2009
Time: 12.00 - 2.00pm
Venue: Atrium
There will be display of cuisines from 10 different countries around the world:Africa, China, Greece, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam. This is just to create awareness and exposure of the different kinds of international cuisines among IMU students. There will be information on the historical perspectives, key ingredients, method of preparation, and flavor principles of the international cuisines.. and maybe samples for tasting =)
So do drop by at the atrium to the visit the boothes...:)

IT Helpdesk Moving Office
The Helpdesk Office is in the process of moving to a new location where it will be more accessible . It is now situated at the ITS dept (Directory location: 3.07) beside the escalators leading to the 3rd floor. You may contact the ITS dept for assistance: ext 3213 / 3204 / 3202 / 3205 / 3201 / 3210.
Current Status of First Aid Kits
Dear all,
Please be informed that currently all the first aid kits of SAD/SRC are being kept in the storeroom of SAD. There are a total of 6 kits in the storeroom.
Due to previous incident in which one of the first aid kit was taken by a student from the SRC room without proper recording, there was much confusion with regards to the safe keeping of the first aid kits.
Therefore, until further notice, for students who are interested to loan any of the first aid kits for use, please contact the President of First Aid Club at 0175112308 or at victorwong87@gmail.com.
This notice will hold true until the club has finalised with a proper logging system for the first aid kits.

BLOOD AND ORGAN DONATION DRIVE

Time: 10am-4pm
Venue: MPH Broadway
Come participate!
Donate blood and pledge your organs.
We also need volunteers to help out during the three days- about three hours per shift. The shifts are 10am-1pm or/and 1pm-4pm (Wednesday to Friday)

Security Access
Please be informed that the security smartcard access to Student Centre, Nutrition & Dietetics and Dental Skill Centre will be activated by this afternoon (8 April 2009)
Entry access to Student Centre is programmed from 7am to 10.30pm, Monday to Saturday only for ALL Students and Staff. Student ID tag will also be programmed for entry access by this afternoon.
